Ms. Geetha Subramaniam

Management Representative

Geetha Subramaniam is a curator of effective teaching and learning strategies. A decade of collaboration with aspiring teachers and school leaders in both India and Malaysia has helped her to acquire a repository of knowledge on adaptive teaching, classroom innovation, and instructional leadership. Geetha, began her teaching career as a special education teacher and has supported learners with diverse difficulties. Her remedial interventions, particularly for young adults encourage self-awareness and reflection. She has in fact designed and taught modules on learning perspectives to foundation and undergraduate students at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, where reflective journals were used for assessment. Geetha is also a science teacher and has authored teaching and learning materials for schools. Likewise, she has edited research articles and book chapters. She has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, a postgraduate diploma in Special Education Teaching, and a bachelor’s in Science. She also has a certificate in psychodiagnostics and healing chants. Her past workspace included corporate, non-governmental, and private organisations. In her current role at the Chettinad Education and Services, Geetha supports the core pedagogical practices of the organisation.

Ms. Archana

Centre Head

Archana is a dedicated leader and Specialist Educator with over three years of professional experience. As the Centre Head, she brings strategic direction and a compassionate approach to fostering an effective learning environment for children with special needs.

Her strong academic foundation, including a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce, underpins her diverse skill set. With expertise in counselling, she provides emotional and psychological support to children and families, empowering them to navigate challenges and achieve holistic growth.

As a mother to an autistic child, Archana brings 17 years of invaluable personal experience in understanding and addressing the complexities of autism. This unique perspective enhances her ability to lead with empathy and create programs that prioritize behaviour modification and family wellness, recognizing the importance of supporting the entire family unit.

Archana’s leadership is marked by her ability to inspire her team, innovate educational strategies, and cultivate a nurturing environment. Her blend of professional expertise, personal insights, and unwavering dedication ensures a profound and positive impact on the lives of the children and families she serves.
